The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Additional Information:
Pet-Friendly: Yes, this property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 outdoor only dogs, however, please complete your own due diligence for your fencing requirements.
Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

    I almost don’t want to leave a review because what I love most about Woodgate—and our little home away from home at 60 First Avenue—is its peaceful, unspoiled charm. A Woodgate beach holiday isn’t about tourist crowds or flashy attractions; it’s about the simplicity of slowing down.

    Yes, the beach is stunning. Yes, the seclusion and distance from major towns make it feel like a true escape. But more than anything, 60 First Avenue is a retreat from the world—a place where you can truly unwind, disconnect, and rest. The house itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked. The beds are comfortable, and while there’s no air-con, I never missed it—throwing the windows open to the scent and sound of the ocean is part of the magic.

    Tucked just a street back, it’s a short stroll to the beach, making it the perfect blend of convenience and privacy. This was our third year rebooking, and we’re so grateful to the owners for sharing such a well-loved space.

    10/10—but let’s keep this our little secret.
