The property is fully furnished, however you will need to supply your own linen, towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Additional Information:
Pet-Friendly: Yes, this property is pet friendly for a maximum of 2 outdoor only dogs, however, please complete your own due diligence for your fencing requirements.
Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 3 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

    From the park next door to the ocean view through the trees when sitting on the front deck, this home is perfectly located. With an off dog beach not far away, we were so happy to also bring our dog with us! The beach at Woodgate is spectacular and we enjoyed several walks on it each day. The house itself is comfortable and the rennovation is good. Although there were only 3 stairs from the kitchen/dining area to the lounge and bathroom, I found them a little steep due to a chronic back condition. However, for generally fit people, this would not be a problem at all. We had a lovely time and hope to be back. The bathroom was on the small side but I believe the owners are considering a bathroom renovation. The kitchen was well equipped.
