The property is fully furnished & linen is supplied, however you will need to supply your own beach towels, toiletries and consumables (e.g. kitchen/laundry detergent, sanitizer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc.).
- The coffee machine in the property takes, L'or French coffee pods expresso size pods.
- Outdoor Living: Relax and unwind in the outdoor patio space, perfect for soaking up the sun, self-catering / dining al fresco, or simply enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.
- No undercover parking - parking available at side of house on driveway

Booking Details: This property has a minimum night stay of 4 nights in low season and 7 nights in high season. Please check availability to see if the property is available for your desired dates.
Check-In/Check-Out: Please collect your keys from our Woodgate Beach First National office at 146 Esplanade, Woodgate Beach. Keys can be collected anytime between 2:00pm and 4:30pm Monday to Saturday and 1:00PM to 2:00PM Sunday. If you are arriving after hours, please phone our Woodgate Beach First National office and we can arrange for the keys to be left in our afterhours lockbox.

- On arrival, all guests are required to complete a Holding Bond. This is an imprint of a valid Credit Card for security and to ensure the property is left neat and tidy and Undamaged from your stay.

  My first visit to Woodgate and it exceeded my expectations. The property was well maintained, clean - exactly as was portrayed on line. Comfortable furnishings and beds, a well equipped and laundry facilities and a well equipped kitchen. Large bathroom and a great shower.
  Check in was easy and the friendly and knowledgeable staff were a wealth of information on places to eats and visit and what to see.
  A highlight was spotting whales and dolphins from the front verandah, riding our bicycles along the beach at low tide, fishing and wandering across the road for a daily early morning swim.
  The natural environment is spectacular and the Spring flowering native plants were beautiful.
  Our visit was relaxing and rejuvenating .
  Would highly recommend this property to stay and booking with Woodgate First National Real Estate for excellent customer service.
